Set STRIP_INSTALLED_PRODUCT=NO in the Pods Xcode project

Update spec to pass with the addition of the STRIP_INSTALLED_PRODUCT to the generated Pods Xcode projects.

Add the STRIP_INSTALLED_PRODUCT buld setting to the Pods project, setting it to 'NO'. This will prevent Xcode from stripping debug symbols from the Pods libraries while performing an archive build, allowing the main project targets to include pods symbols in generated dSYMs for Archive builds.

Don't try to commit unchanged specs on push

Add entry to CHANGELOG for momc fix

Fix for when the copy resources script fails at the rm command.

sometimes for me the rm command in this script fails if the file
doesn't exist. I'm not sure why that would happen, but using the -f
flag on rm will prevent this command from failing and halting a build.

Fixes #1189.
