[Analyzer] Use specific checkout options from lockfile

This reverts commit f6b8193c1285b55a04be8b72cefe404488b700c4.

Make it more like an environment where the source is already downloaded.

[Analyzer] Ensure that the right checkout options are used when a downlaod of the Pod already exists

Fixing #2603 formatting issue

(As `title` does not include 4 spaces at the beginning anymore, the default justification should be 12 and not 16)

Current master is incompatible with master of those gems.

The declaration is no longer needed after the un-deprecation of implicit
sources in 7840787e.
