Currently the setting is a top level attribute accessor,
in the future it should be supported for subspecs.

This is a better solution for the previous implementation as it allows
to ignore the deployment target if not specified in a pod.

Previously the deployment was shown only if explicitly declared.
However, as the Specification class needs a different default than
the Podfile class and thus needs to declare it, this was not useful
anymore.
