[HooksManager] Show the name of the source for each hook that is run in verbose mode

We're incorrectly comparing the hook name instead of the plugin name in
the whitelist

The name calculation is wrapped in a lambda so it's not called when it won't be printed out

Make it more like an environment where the source is already downloaded.

(As `title` does not include 4 spaces at the beginning anymore, the default justification should be 12 and not 16)

Current master is incompatible with master of those gems.
