Usage:

    $ pod lib create NAME [TEMPLATE_URL]

      Creates a scaffold for the development of a new Pod according to the CocoaPods best practices.
      If a `TEMPLATE_URL`, pointing to a git repo containing a compatible template, is specified, it will be used in place of the default one.

Options:

    --silent    Show nothing
    --version   Show the version of CocoaPods
    --verbose   Show more debugging information
    --help      Show help banner of specified command to create a pod that begins with a period

Fix is a bug with nap and has been fixed in nap.

Added a functional spec for telling the user that the Pods cannot be updated unless they are installed

e.g. rake 'spec:functional[command/project]'
The single quotes are needed for zsh.

Because it improves the user convenience and bundler does it the same way.

Refactoring: Replaced Installer::Analyzer's getter and setter update_mode by #update, #update= and #update_mode?
