Prevent creation of multiple Resource Bundle targets with the same name

Rework resource bundle target creation so that a single common resource bundle target is shared by all targets. fixes #1338

Use `BUILT_PRODUCTS_DIR` instead of `TARGET_BUILD_DIR` so that Copy Resources script succeeds during Archive builds

Add `--copy-links` argument to rsync invocation during Resource Bundle copying. refs CocoaPods/CocoaPods#1309

This ensures that destination files are copied into the application bundle instead of symbolic links preventing the creation of invalid apps during Archive.

Fix "cannot overwrite directory" when copying OS X frameworks into the resources dir

Systems frameworks are present only for illustrative purposes and adding
them in the target installers of the pods prevents incremental editing
of the Pod project

Otherwise a subspec named resources would be added to the resources
group already used to store the resources of the main spec

  Pass the user build configurations to the Pods project

This patch also improves indentation.
